WHAT I’VE BUILT / SELECTED PROJECTS

What I’ve built.

Real websites, systems, and workflows I’ve built with clients. See the problem, the work, and what changed.

01LACES Roster Agent

From approved athlete to live roster page.

The challenge

At peak volume, hundreds of athletes were joining in a month. Each one needed review, a roster page, accurate records, and a useful welcome.

What I built

A connected workflow across Growi, Notion, Webflow, and Klaviyo. The team approves athletes and reviews pages; the agent prepares records, publishes approved pages, and supports the athlete notification.

What changed

Athletes get a public profile and clear next steps, while the team keeps its quality checks without building each page by hand.

WORK FEATURE / LACES

Inside the Roster Agent

From human approval in Growi to roster pages and athlete onboarding. Private application details and identifiable profile text are obscured.
THE OUTCOMES
~500hours returned each month
~6,000hours returned annually
250+athletes at peak monthly volume

Estimated from approximately two hours returned per athlete at documented peak monthly volume.

02Peptide Patient Portal

One calm home for the whole patient journey.

The challenge

Intake forms, protocols, weekly check-ins, and progress reports lived in different places. The practitioner had to piece together each patient's story.

What I built

A private practitioner portal that brings patient profiles, recorded progress, report previews, and protocol drafts into one review flow.

What changed

The practitioner can follow progress, review the source information, and check protocol drafts before they are sent.

WORK FEATURE / LUXX WELLNESS & BEAUTY

Inside the Peptide Patient Portal

Seven moments from the practitioner workflow. Patient names, contact details, and health information are obscured.
THE OUTCOMES
~5hours returned per new client
~10hours returned each week
~520recurring hours returned annually

Annual estimate uses ten hours per week across 52 weeks and does not include the separate per-client savings.

03Business operating hub

One shared view of the business.

The challenge

Important information was spread across different tools, so reports were slow to build and hard to trust.

What I built

A central workspace that brings the company’s data together and gives each team a clear view of its work.

What changed

Leaders can see what is happening sooner, make decisions with confidence, and catch problems before they grow.

THE OUTCOMES
4disconnected platforms unified
230+clients visible in one system
1shared operating view

Scale metrics are documented. A reliable before-and-after reporting-time baseline is still being established.
